Banning referral fees.
Our FOI-based campaign uncovered unjust referral fees which were pushing up the cost of motor insurance. This led to a UK Government ban on this controversial practice, not before AXA became the first insurer to shun them. As a result of this, every UK motorist is now £10 better off.
The Dashcam policy.
We developed the concept for the world’s first Dashcam Insurance policy, which saves both drivers and insurers money. It also swiftcover, an online brand, a High Street presence while also generating more than £2m in sales in year one; currently at £4m per year.
